Bought 2 xbox gift cards and codes say that they have been already been taken

And unfortunately MS support will not be able to give you any help because you bought the cards through a website that is not official, and the best thing you can do is try to contact them, MS is no longer responsible for products not purchased on your official stores.

Try to resolve with the store from which you bought these cards. It is very likely that there is a store employee or customer who has already redeemed these codes.

It is a worrying situation because the same thing may be happening to more people.
