Bought 1year subscrption but asked to renew every month

Odd that it's continuing to ask you to renew. Did you have a previous subscription that is expiring soon, by chance? If so, once that subscription ends and your new subscription starts, it should stop notifying you to renew.

Did you renew a while before your subscrption was due to end?

For example if you renewed 5 months before it was due to end, you would get the reward credits in 5 months time when the new sub kicks in.

Basically yearly renewal was discontinued years ago

You can still get yearly codes BUT since you re on ultimate this is IMPORTANT you MUST turn off autorenewal then wait for your 1year and a month to expire and then you turn free accoumt

Then add an 1year code for upto 3 years

If you want to get ultimate then itbiy ultimate for upto 3 years upgrade (depending on your gold time)

Adding a yearly code now wont add 12 months only at conversion rate of 4 months for every 12 month code

there is no promotion like that

You usually will get 1month or 1year promotion but it is during that period are you billed the discounted pricesand renewal would be full price

Live is 7.99 a month min depending on region

I bought a 24m prepaid code and its still charging me with the auto renewal every month
