    as title states... both are on the current build but only my S is showing new dashboard. i did hard reset on the X but still has the old one. OS version 10.0.18363.7082

    any idea how to resolve so i can test the build? i use the X a lot more than the S. thanks.

    confused in buying XBox

    Hi, The Xbox One X is the best console for gaming. But it is double the price of an Xbox One S. The X plays games & movies in 4K if supported by them, while the S only shows movies in 4K and games in HDR if supported. Both consoles play all games that are
    available for the Xbox One, just the Xbox One X shows them in much better and smoother.

    Thanks for the response and confirmation.

    He has a Xbox One at this Mams and a Xbox One S with me - both connected to the one Xbox Live account (mine). The Xbox One S will be replaced with the new Xbox Series X. He would find it odd if the days leading up to Xmas he was unable to use his current Xbox One S... and drive me crazy.

    Did you make sure to get it for your version of the game?

    There is shark cards separately for both the xbox one and xbox series x/s versions of the game. So if for instance you accidentally purchased the ones for the xbox series x/s version of the game but only play on xbox one than that would be one reason for it not showing up.

    Xbox one's arent compatible since they are over 10 years old and this include xbox one x

    When xbox one games are made thwy just say xbox one not s or x

    However for next gen games it's series s or x or both for digital releases only
