    Both my son's got xbox one s for christmas. They wanted to tryout ea access, but their mom accidently threw their free codes away. Is there anything you can do to help them out. Thank you

    Can't sign in problem cobe 0x87DD0006

    just got the xbox one for my son for christmas. we weren't able to sign into my account so we signed in w/ my son's account. that worked, but im still unable to sign in under mine to play w/ him.

    Bought xbox one s and kinect sensor that are incompatible without adaoter that is not available

    If the codes were included in the console boxes, you would have to try contacting the retailer to see if there is anything they can do. It's generally not possible to recover codes that have been thrown out though unfortunately.

    My son also got his own for christmas, both xbox ones are set to home xbox and I get his downloads. I just delete what I don't want and keep what I do.
