Both Logitech controllers acting as player 1

Based on the description, you are using two controllers and unable to separate the other player. Let us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured that we will do our full capability to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. What device are you using to pair your controllers?

2. How is your controllers connected to the device? Is it through Bluetooth or USB cable?

3. Did you assign account to each controller?

For the meantime, try assigning an account to your Logitech controllers. We have found an official support article provided by the device manufacturer that outline how assign account on the controller. Alternately, you may reach directly the manufacturer's support team to get the most accurate information on how to deal with your concern.

Thanks, but no. It still acts as if there is only one controller, both act as primary controller and hitting the enter button takes you back to the first screen. Can't even choose a car for the 2nd player. Have you played 2 player?

that would entirely depend on his abilities, but logitech is a series of buttons and switches that go with the adaptive controller. The XAC is mostly intended to act as a hub for other peripherals

I have exactly the same problem : two wired black controllers on my slim xbox 360 and they both show up as player 1 (the second wired works, the first one is blocked)
