    My friend who has Borderline Personality Disorder and who I currently take care of logged into my Xbox Series X on 2/19/2024 and sent a message (with profanity/racist remarks) to her own Xbox account during an episode. I've read about accounts being banned/expired/paused/suspended for issues such as this on the forums. What will end up happening? Is there a way to provide medical records in the worst case scenario something happens to my account? I understand this is an odd situation but I'm put in a very sensitive spot considering her condition.

    It's possible nothing could happen, but if the enforcement team sees it, then you can receive a strike/suspension. You are responsible for your account at all times. There's no way to submit medical records for something like that.

    Ok well i conducted two test

    Test 1:lets call the guy i am trying to game share with ‘Person 1’ I took his account off my home xbox and my games were 41, once i added his account as my home xbox it was 41

    Test 2: i used another friends ‘ Person 2’ account and logged onto it, (it has 0 switches) immediately when i logged on his account his games were 62

    Conclusion: when i log onto ‘person 1’ the games wont show and only show my games ‘person 2’ games show though.
