Borderlands 3 freezing and crashing

Hello,

I have been trying to play Borderlands 3 and the in the middle of playing with friends, the game will freeze and then send me to tbe xbox home screen. I downloaded this game when it first came out and didnt have these issues at first. It wasnt until recently
when we decided to play again that they started. I tried deleting the game and re-downloading it but still having the same issues. Are there any other suggestions to fix this problem?

Hello there!

I've scoured the net (reddit) and it seems to be a problem with the game itself. I've been playing Borderlands 3 on the Xbox One X as well and I get occasional crashes and shutdowns when too many things are going on. I use Moze and Grenadier Perk and when
those grenades start going off, that's when it happens. It seems like we'll have to wait for 2K for a fix.

Would you please tell me the troubleshooting steps 2k support asked you to do that did not work?

All the other games on your PC run just fine?

In addition to the deletion and re install of the game, i would also do a hard reset of the system. I have also heard rumblings of issues with the game, but the hard reset might help decrease the number of crashes and freezes at least a bit.
