Borderlands 3 can't preload the game

Discus and support Borderlands 3 can't preload the game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I pre-ordered BL3. I have the pre-order on my screen, but you cant start a download as there is no option to do so. So what do i have to do to get it...     Borderlands 3 can't preload the game


    I pre-ordered BL3. I have the pre-order on my screen, but you cant start a download as there is no option to do so. So what do i have to do to get it downloading?

    Try installing it through the App, manually search for the game in the store or even find it in your game library.

    I spent 3 hours on the phone with support and they were useless. It wont matter soon as the game is playable in 90 minutes

    I am having the same issue shutting down the Xbox does not always fix it. There has to be another way. The money already came from my account. And I can't do the pre download at all!!!

    Hard cycle your xbox and check your purchase again from the xbox store. You should be able to download your games
