    Can't stream MGS2 or MGS3 HD Collection on Twitch via Xbox One?

    It could also be that the games do not allow it. I know a few games that don't allow streaming or boadcasting (Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite, Borderlands). It could be that metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 are also like that too.
