    Hello,

    I have Borderlands 2 GOTY. On the second DVD there is the "Add on content".

    When I put in the second DVD nothing changes. I just can play borderlands 2.

    I do not have access to the GOTY content without paying for it cause I need to download.

    But the content is on dvd - I just can not install it on my xbox one.

    What can I do`????

    Rumor from IGN: Borderlands 2 GotY coming soon

    So IGN has apparently received info from one of its GameStop sources that Gearbox Software is readying up a GotY release for Borderlands 2. I dunno how much GameStop sources know about what companies are doing, but IGN apparently trusts their source on this. I wouldn't be surprised, BL1 got a GotY release too.

    I hope it's true and that the upcoming Vita release has all the content from the GotY edition or else noone is gonna buy it if they price it at $40.

    Borderlands 2 GOTY

    I purchased borderlands 2 from Xbox live several months ago and downloaded all the expansion DLCs shorty after ,also downloading from Xbox live. Last weekend I purchased borderlands 2 GOTY hard disc from a store, so we could play on two different TVs.
    GOTY comes with two discs and you have to download the DLC disc to the xbox. But Xbox live only will let me play the extra content since I purchased it from xbox live in the past. Does anyone else have this problem.

    Are you sure you don't have it? What I am thinking is that the DLC might not be highlighted as DLC but rather just part of the game. The DLC locations are Oasis. Crater of Badassitude (I think). Hunters grotto and Flamerock refuge (I think).

    The DLC comes on a second disk now with the Borderlands GOTY.
    I will still wait for a ultimate edition/GOTY edition to come out...

    You coulda gotten Origins and Dishonored GOTY for 5 dollars less on Amazon haha. Borderlands 2 GOTY for 30 doe? Good deal. I got the vanilla Borderlands for 10 a while ago and thought the game was full price. So for 30 and all the content? Good bargain.
    Just make sure you play it people. Playing it solo is kinda boring and too easy.

    No hate here, but I'm curious. Is Borderlands 2 (or GOTY one for that matter) over-rated as a singleplayer experience, or just plain bad? I've been eying a PS3 copy of the first Borderlands (GOTY) and am wondering if to would be a bad game to go it alone...
