Borderlands 1 isn't showing up in the store for my brother

So I bought the first Borderlands game on the Microsoft store for Xbox 360 on my series X and its nowhere to be found on the Microsoft store for my brother, only all the other games. Why is this?

Is he trying to purchase it on a PC, or on a console? is he on an Xbox one/series or a 360?

Hi Brad,

Yes we are on xbox one and were trying to purchase Star Wars Battlefront 2. It didn't matter what game I clicked to "buy" on the store on the xbox one it wasn't showing the amount I actually had in my Microsoft account.

I tried a power cycle and it didn't fix the problem. I ended up logging on and buying it from the Microsoft store using the web and downloading it that way. It is not at all convenient though and the problem should be looked into.

Hi,

No I didn't see an error message it just didn't let me buy it because it was showing I didn't have enough funds in the store on xbox one. But when I went into my account settings the money was there. I ended up buying it on the web through the Microsoft
website so obviously the funds were there. For some reason the xbox one store is not linking and updating the account properly.

Xbox Purchase History to help see if funds are in the account.
