Booted by another player

so I was playing Friday the 13 and this girl called DARK EXPRESS booted me offline 2 times the second time she almost broke my router I had to call my service provider to help me fix it. I already filed a complaint and other players told me she been doing
it to everyone. Is there anyway she can get banned for life for booting people offline???

That would be up to the enforcement team. As long as you reported them, they will investigate.

I know it may seem like nothing happens but every complaint and report gets looked at by a real person. Unless you are filing a lot of frivolous or false complaints you can expect a real person to check out the situation and monitor that player
for violations in the terms of use of Xbox LIVE. People get suspended daily because of breaches of the Code of Conduct.

Try not to get frustrated. File a complaint, then block that player and avoid them if you can. the Policy Enforcement Team is on the job once you let them know who you're having a problem with by filing that complaint.

I disagree, the difference being that I have seen how the complaint and policy enforcement system work firsthand. You came here asking for help. There is your help. You should probably follow the advice given if you want your problem resolved.
