    I preordered Mafia 3 & it came with a free $10 Microsoft code but the code is being sent to the wrong email. It's not being sent to the email that is linked to my account & I don't understand why it's being sent to another email

    The instructions that were sent were wrong. The website to redeem them on is correct and you would choose to have them either email the Visa gift card or mail you a card. Since you ordered a Visa gift card from the vault, you would get a Vida gift card,
    not an Xbox gift card.

    If they were from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to wait for their response. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same so Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.
