Actually just found the terms again. It says the code should be received no later than the 9th. If you don't receive it by that date, you'll want to contact Microsoft Store support.

Did anyone receive the GOW 4 digital code?

I just checked and the promotion date is now showing from November 22, 2018 to January 31, 2019. Does this mean that we will receive the code on 9th Feb instead of 9th Jan?

That was just the name of the deal. It applied to multiple bundles.
