    Boingo military network issues


    Hey everyone. This is only for boingo military isp customers. So my probpem is i can not download anything. I can attempt to download something for hours and even overnight and ot would constantly just come back download failed. I removed everything that
    i own from the network and tried the normal and 5ghz connections. Now as you guys noticed we had a console update. Now i can not Instal the update. So i can not adjust network settings other then connecting to other networks. But prior to this event i have
    tried everything that they say to try from there website. Just trying to see if theres anything you guys out there found to fix this issue or if im the only one.

    I am connected wireless through boingo, and I can't reboot the router because i'm in a military barracks, and the router doesn't seem to be in my room.

    And as of just now, the game chat disconnectes every now and then, and can't seem to stay connected to my buddy now.

    It is digital and I have unplugged my external hard drive also I do not have a wifi router in my room it is run off of boingo, but never had this issue before

    I'm having the same problem with the yellow marker on Xbox store: service alert. I've tested the connection and tried my boingo wireless than to my base's wifi. Still the same. Would like to play online.
