Discus and support Bogus comm ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I just got a comm ban for a day (what a joke, i dont even use comms and teamplay?     Bogus comm ban


    So I just got a comm ban for a day (what a joke, i dont even use comms and teamplay? Pssh dont need a team) for telling a kid “[mod removed] loser” didnt know that was a bannable offense but whatever doesnt hurt me none. Still playing. Backstory - game:
    BFV. Other team losing. Im sniping em down and they clearly dont like it seeing as how theyre “pressing the B button repeatedly when they do get me. Finally round ends and dude messages me FIRST saying im a camper and trash etc etc. So i say [mod removed]
    loser. Then i get hit with a worthless ban. So i get harrased by him first then his buddy sends messages to me but quickly deletes it before i can read what it said and i still get banned. Dont wanna hear about terms of service [mod removed] or anything. Just
    saying the “enforcement” here is bogus.

    I see it as bogus because dude wants to trash talk and then run and hide behind the reporting system. Cant stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen. Lol YOU guys are so funny to me. Sure, lets allow young kids to play games on here that has them selling
    drugs in games (GTAV good example) and exposes them to all sorts of curse words that would make a prisoner proud. Ban hammer them if they trash talk to each other though.

    Nothing bogus about it at all.

    Doesn't matter if this person sent you a message first,if you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC & are reported then you will receive a suspension.

    As it's a 24 hour suspension it's not eligible for a case review.

    In future if anyone does this again just report & block them.That way they'll be the one with the suspension if they have broken the rules & you wont.

    Some people will try & "bait" you into sending a message that breaks the rules just so they can report you & try & get you suspended.

    Well if u were able look at my lfg history havent posted anything i got comm banned like a few weeks ago for posting something on lfg but since then havent posted anything just got comm banned for something that already was reported and already served so why did i get comm bann again when i didnt post anything the comm ban from lfg

    The age rating on a game only means someone under that age can not legally buy that game.

    Doesn't mean they can't play it & age ratings do not apply to the online side,something every game with online tells you.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. You would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. While games themselves may be rated M, everything done on Live has to remain E for everyone.
