Bo6 give me only private match option

To move forward, I need to ask a few quick questions to better understand what’s happening:

What device are you playing on? (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, etc.)

Where did you purchase the game from? (Microsoft Store, physical disc, in-game, or another platform?)

Is your profile showing as signed in and online?

Can you confirm if your account shows that BO6 is fully installed and not just the Multiplayer or Campaign add-ons?

Sometimes Call of Duty installs only part of the game (like Warzone, Multiplayer, or Zombies) unless all content packs are downloaded manually.

You may check the status of your Game Pass by pressing the Xbox button to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

If you have a Game Pass subscription and you're still having issues, re-login to your account by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the game once more after logging back in.

I understand that you are experiencing issues playing multiplayer on COD 6.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please check Online Privacy Settings and make sure that your online privacy settings allow multiplayer gameplay. You can check and update these settings:

Once done please restart the console. Turn off your console completely and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Please do the same thing with your router/modem to refresh your network as well.

And then test your network connection by going to Settings> Network> Network settings> Test network connection.

This should show up as "good"

Check your Multiplayer connection as well. Go to Settings> Network> Network settings> Test multiplayer connection. NAT type in here should be open.

If the issue persist after performing the steps kindly uninstall Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and reinstall it. This will delete the corrupted files from the game.

Just give up on it now it will never recover. Only thing it would be good for now is private matches.
