    Hey, so, I purchased Zombie Chronicles back in 2017 and I've been playing them a lot since then, but today I tried to play them and it said I needed to download it. I checked my game and it showed that they were downloaded in my add-ons and so I checked the store, and the store said that I need to purchase the DLC. It also did this with my BO1 zombies maps and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to fix this issue. It's really upsetting and it's an expensive loss that I can't currently afford to fix by buying them all again (the total to get all my maps that I've lost back by buying them again would equal to over $100).

    If anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    So, the funny thing is that I've already done this numerous times. I spoke to someone on the phone and we even tried resetting my Xbox, but it still won't allow me to play it. The main issue is that, in store, it says I haven't even purchased it, but when the guy on the phone was helping me, he said that it showed that I had, in fact, bought the Chronicles DLC and that I did own it. When I tried uninstalling the maps (in this case I tried doing this method for BO1 maps), all it did was make it so it wasn't installed anymore and it still said I had to repurchase my maps. Therefore, we concluded that it was something I had to take up with Activison (especially since other people have had this same exact issue all the way back in 2021 and onwards), and so he directed me to their support page and I'm now waiting patiently for them to get back to me.     I am sorry it didn't work.

    While I was searching for the issue, I did encounter many similar cases, even on other platforms.

    I too believe this may be an issue with Activision licenses.

    Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

    Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.

    put in bo2 please. i think i speak for a majority seeing as bo2 has been in the top 3 requested games for months, and even hit no. 1 recently. y u no listen to the gamers. they are the ones that buy your games and consoles. bo3 and bo1 isnt good enough WHERE
