bo3 activision support

hello I have bo3 on 360 and I love the game when you can get it to work(10%) of the time. I have contacted them almost 40 times in the past 3 months and no solutions that I have been told to try have worked. I have reset everything a dozen times went thru
all the fixes and still the same. This is not just on 360 its on all platforms. the problem is not there game servers or the customers hardware its in the way they set the lobby's. THEY ARE USING CUSTOMERS CONSOLES AS PART OF THERE SERVER SYSTEM!!! this will
never work because if the host disconnects so does everyone else,(host disconnected).this is not a stable or secure environment. goes to host migration only works about 10% of the time. the game is constantly hanging and freezing when things like this happens
causing stress to the consoles hardware not to mention the fact of security issues for you if you are the host. I was monitoring my network and became a host played the game flawlessly but I noticed my net work started to lag hard. I have an awesome network
100+gb down and up. I have not received a single email or customer support survey in all this time..the hard drives are being taxed by all this and they are damaging consoles. then I wanted to return the game no help from anyone. this is fraud in my opinion
and they should be held accountable.

Network Settings

Seems when i check my settings/connection on my Xbox one is shows my NAT is open, but yet when im in the lobby of BO3 zombies, it says "Moderate"....I never had a problem with BO2, and i have my DMZ set on my router.. How can my test show open, but Activisions
BO3 say its Moderate?

xbox one s will not install black ops 3

I have the same problem and I think it is an error just on bo3, I tried to install other games and I had no problems. Try to go on activision site, maybe there is a solution.

I can understand your frustration. Only Activision can remedy this, not Microsoft. This is also a tech support forum; you'd be better off posting this on Activision's site or at
Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice where, if enough people add their agreement, Microsoft might step in to correct the issue in any way that they can.

Bought Ghosts because of the Campaign. Played the MP only for the 1+7 vs. Bots mode. Didn't even bother with BO3, due to it being a copy/paste of Advanced Warfare.

I honestly think Activision needs to pull their head out of their rear and take a step back; to something people actually want to play. Otherwise, 2016 will be their last year for CoD.

This is all on Activision and how their matchmaking system works. It has nothing to with Microsoft (Xbox Live) or Sony (Playstation Network).

I'm having this aswell. Reached out to Xbox support multiple times amd they said it's on Activision's side, then I reached out to Activision support, no reply from Activision in 4 days. I think it's on Activision's end and we'll have to wait until they fix it eventually.
