    There was a thread in this in early January of this year with the same issue. A hacker supposedly blocked my “ports” and reset my stats, kicks me from every online matchmaking game, and gives me a UI Error 48363.

    Hacker’s Username was [mod removed] his gaming history has 100% in most 360 call of duty games, he probably is hacking in these games as well.

    So is that it? You just removed a portion of my origins complaint and nothing was fixed. My game stats were fully reset and I am unable to play the game now due to the supposed “blocked ports” and UI ERROR 48363. Is there a way to revert these changes or unblock my ports??

    What is the point of these microsoft support threads if nothing gets done? You can’t escalate this to another department yourself? I have to go and start from square one?
