    Bo2 backwards compatable seaso. Pass not working


    i just bought black ops 2 one if my all time favorite games from tge old gen for xbox one and i cant download any of the map packs that come with the season pass ive only been able to download nuke town and its getting ridiculous the whole reaso. I bought
    it was so i could play my favorite maps and now i cant and the season pass cost me 30.00 which was more expensive than the game 20.00 Any help on this it says its free but when i try to download from 360 store it tells me to go to manage games and when i try
    from xbox one store it tells me to buy it for 15.00 dollars a piece i got the season paas so they should say owned but they dont

    I see. Please also try the steps below.

    Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



    1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.



    Solution 2: Do a factory reset



    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    3. Select Reset console.

    4. Reset and keep my games & apps.
