    They have a "connect device" button for controller...old blue tooth headsets also?

    Yeah and your Halo Bluetooth is not a Bluetooth

    Which device are you sending and receiving from? If this is for xbox, an xbox can't receive or send files over bluetooth.

    which phone do you have?

    type of files you want to transfer?

    Have you tested your bluetooth before? (for music, devices, etc...)

    Hey there Bhumika!

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues sending photos.

    The only way for you to send photos from your phone like what you're asking would be for you to use the OneDrive app on your phone as well as the OneDrive app on the Xbox console.

    Bluetooth it's unsupported for none Bluetooth device, not only for this one's, console doesn't have a Bluetooth adapter, the wireless connection used by controllers and headsets is not trough Bluetooth

    So, your PC doesn't have a built-in bluetooth module. Right?

    That could be the reason.

    But, if you go to Windows Settings > Bluetooth and devices > Bluetooth, it starts the search?

    Or are you using some installed interface/program to find the bluetooth devices with your USB Bluetooth?

    MCaaron22, if you read what you just linked to you will see just a little under the picture at the top of the page "Note Bluetooth mode is only for operation with Bluetooth devices. The Xbox 360 console does not support Bluetooth technology."

    The headset acts like a regular wireless headset for use with the 360 but it has a bluetooth mode so you can use it with bluetooth devices. The 360 has no bluetooth.

    The Xbox 360 Console, doesn't support Bluetooth & only the Wireless Bluetooth Headsets are capable of a Bluetooth connection to Bluetooth Devices etc..

    You will need to use your Apple USB cable to connect to the Xbox 360 Console..
