    Impossible que je connecte ma manette Bluetooth ma console Xbox One

    Lorsque j'appuie sur le bouton d'association sur la console ça fait un bruit comme un "tong". Ce bruit est plus électronique que mécanique...

    Ça le fait quand j appuie sur le bouton : que la console soit allumée ou éteinte mais ça ne le fait pas lorsqu'elle est débranchée.

    Tout marchait très bien. J'avais arrêté de jouer la console mais en continuant d'utiliser la manette pour le téléphone pendant quelques semaines et l donc impossible de ré-associer les deux (manette/console) et ce bruit en plus qui est ...étrange...

    Merci qui saura m'avancer vers une solution !!!

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with syncing your controller to your console.

    The sound that is emanating from your console whenever you attempt to connect your controller is concerning. Although it may indicate or point to the failing of the syncing of your controller.

    Are you able to
    connect your controller using a USB cable    ? If you can do this, it should sync your controller and allow you to use it wirelessly.

    If you are still experiencing difficulties, I would recommend that you try to use

    this     article to troubleshoot further.
