    Bluetooth with iphoneXR


    I had to start off I got to say I’m not 100% sure that I’m in the right category for asking this question. So what I need help with a question that I have is how exactly to make your Xbox one controller work with an iPhone.

    now my explanation, when I pair my Xbox one controller to my iPhoneXR it connects. And it asks to pair I say OK the Xbox button goes to a solid color and it appears on my phone as connected. But here comes the problem. My problem is that every single time
    I connected to my phone it doesn’t matter that I updated my phone but I restarted it or shut it down or even restarted the controller and did everything I possibly could with it, it doesn’t work with any controller supported mobile games. And I know controllers
    work with my phone with the update that it has because the PS4 Pro controller works just about perfectly with every controller supporting mobile game that I have. The the Bluetooth K’NEX flawlessly to my PC and I can play whatever game I’m on but when I connected
    to my phone none of the buttons work none of the triggers work nothing actually works it’s like it’s connected but he doesn’t do anything and I’m not sure what else to do.

    which is why I have come here to ask for help hopefully somebody will read this extremely long description and help me out thank you!

    Bluetooth it's unsupported for none Bluetooth device, not only for this one's, console doesn't have a Bluetooth adapter, the wireless connection used by controllers and headsets is not trough Bluetooth

    So, your PC doesn't have a built-in bluetooth module. Right?

    That could be the reason.

    But, if you go to Windows Settings > Bluetooth and devices > Bluetooth, it starts the search?

    Or are you using some installed interface/program to find the bluetooth devices with your USB Bluetooth?

    MCaaron22, if you read what you just linked to you will see just a little under the picture at the top of the page "Note Bluetooth mode is only for operation with Bluetooth devices. The Xbox 360 console does not support Bluetooth technology."

    The headset acts like a regular wireless headset for use with the 360 but it has a bluetooth mode so you can use it with bluetooth devices. The 360 has no bluetooth.

    The Xbox 360 Console, doesn't support Bluetooth & only the Wireless Bluetooth Headsets are capable of a Bluetooth connection to Bluetooth Devices etc..

    You will need to use your Apple USB cable to connect to the Xbox 360 Console..
