Bluetooth speaker paired but not connected.

Under the Bluetooth device menu, I see my Bluetooth speaker and can pair it with my pc. When I click connect through the Bluetooth menu, it says it's connected but I cannot select it as a playback output device. Underneath the sounds menu it says the speaker is disconnected even though it says it is connected in the Bluetooth menu. Trying to connect to it through the sounds menu doesn't do anything. I couldn't update the drivers for it and I have tried repairing it countless times.

I have checked for updates and my pc is up to date, still cannot connect to the speaker.

I have been able to connect to it before but it stopped working after I connected to the speaker using my phone. As of now I can still connect to the speaker using my phone but not my pc. I have tried everything from that list but it still doesn't work. Running the Bluetooth troubleshooter doesn't help either.

When did this issue start to occur? Is this your first time trying to connect your Bluetooth speaker?
