    Bluetooth headphone issue


    I had recently reset my laptop as my laptop would stutter frequently (sudden low cpu usage while playing games) which after resetting the laptop is still the case however I dont want the help for that now. Before resetting my laptop I had no bluetooth connectivity issues but now I do. I have a sony wh 1000xm5 headphones and sony wf 1000xm3 earphones which I am unable to connect to my laptop. The devices appear as unknown devices and when I try to connect them it says try again to connect the device or something. I am able to connect both the bluetooth devices on my phone. Please help (laptop: hp pavilion - 14-ce3007ne)

    Xbox Elite Controller 2 Disconnect, and cannot reply to relating issues

    It seems that have no other Bluetooth devices really helps with this controller (1.5hr without dissconnection), which mean no Bluetooth Headphones, no Bluetooth mouses, ... Cool

    maybe if your tv has Bluetooth, you can use headphones using the bluetooth, that's what i use
