Bluetooth don’t work

I can see that you are having trouble with your Windows monitor WTV and your Xbox controller. This sounds like a frustrating issue, but I'll do my best to help you.



There are a few possible reasons why your Xbox controller is not connecting properly to your PC. One of them is that the controller might need a firmware update. To check this, you can use the Xbox Accessories app on your PC or Xbox console.

Another possible reason is that there is some interference or conflict with other Bluetooth devices or wireless networks. To avoid this, you can try to move your PC and controller closer to each other, turn off any other Bluetooth devices nearby, or change the wireless channel of your router. You can also try to use a USB cable to connect your controller to your PC instead of Bluetooth.

As for the issue with forgetting the device and accessing the settings, it might be caused by a corrupted system file or a malware infection. To fix this, you can try to run a system file checker scan and a malware scan on your PC. The controller doesn’t work at all unless connected to bluetooth on my phone and i don’t have a usb cable, my controller was up to date and working fine until i started using remote play

Thanks for the response. My controllers are the ones that don’t allow bluetooth connections to my iDevices so don’t think that that would be an issue

It says it’s paired on the app. But when I check my bluetooth it’s not there. Please check the photos I provided.
