    Bluetooth devices don‘t show up


    Hello,

    I Build a new Pc and everything works just fine, but since then, Bluetooth doesnt find my Bluetooth-Devices any more. It will Show devices of my neighbors and my phone but neither my Xbox Controller nor my headphones.

    Deinstalled and reinstalled every Driver, tried the Troubleshoot, in the device-Manger ist sais everything works and now im Kind of clueless what to do?

    Is there anything else i could try?

    That depends on your bluetooth hardware compatibility. You might need to refer to your manufacturer's manual to be sure.

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's do our best here to sort this out.

    To confirm, do your controller and headset support bluetooth connectivity? Were you able to connect them via bluetooth before?

    To isolate the issue, could you please try to check your phone's bluetooth setup if you could find your controller and headset?

    If you have a different PC, please also check your bluetooth connection with those devices.

    Thanks for confirming. It seems to be an issue with your new PC build. I would suggest to try to install a different compatible bluetooth driver for your PC. It may be a driver issue.

    Yes and Yes, and I can find and Connect them to my Laptop.

    No most definitely a Bluetooth connection. I was clearly in the Bluetooth settings submenu and when selecting add a Bluetooth device. A console shows up if both console and PC are configured correctly.
