    I understand. A corrupted saved game file is marked with a yellow exclamation point. Does your game have this yellow exclamation point?

    Go into your console memory settings and locate where your MLB 2K11 save data is. Try and find your player's career data in there, if there's a yellow exclamation point beside it that means it's corrupt and unsalvageable.
