Blue Mountain State Game Pass perk not working

That may have caused it, Iva. The game pass perks are only available for supported markets. According to Xbox:

“ Number and content of Perks vary by region, platform, and over time, and must be redeemed by stated timeframe. Age restrictions apply.”

If you have game pass ultimate go into the game pass tab and click on perks the nitro is under perks

The perks are just an added bonus for buying Game Pass. Nobody buys Game Pass just for the perks. Sorry that it didn't work on the console, but support is right in this case. They are free.

My only disappointment with the game is there is no Mountaineer skill. I've wanted it since Oblivion and in a game set in a mountainous region, the lack of such a skill seems idiotic at best. Could have made the mountain nearly unpassable except for the
roads/paths unless you have the mountaineer skills/perks to take shorter routes. Also could have put certain alchemy ingredients in areas only accessible through this skill.
