    Blu-Ray won't install on Series X


    Previously had Blu-Ray Player on my Xbox Series X, and it worked fine, until today, when it suddenly decided it needed to be connected to Wi-Fi to work, no problem, connected it to Wi-Fi, then tells me there's an error and it won't work either way. I uninstalled to reinstall, and it just sits there at 0% (a few times it keeps saying "Installation stopped" but mostly it just sits there). Power cycling doesn't work, factory resetting doesn't work, I even cancelled the installation and decided to install Fallout 4 to see if that would work... which it did. Confused as to why a 30gb game will download, but a 2mb app won't install. There's GOT to be a fix for this. I even tried the Persistent Blu-Ray storage fix, and nothing. Help please

    PlayStation 5 - Blu-Ray

    My series X won't recognize Forza Horizon 3 or Transformers Devastation both have perfect discs load in my old Xbox one no problem. I'm gonna be selling that Xbox one

    I've had no problem with movies Blu-ray or DVDs.. I also installed about 12 other games a mix of Xbox one and Series X titles no issue. It's just these 2 games it's very odd.
