    Hello, I am so sorry you’re experiencing this issue. I would try reinstalling the game or checking for updates regarding the game that you might have to install. If this does not help, I would recommend contacting Xbox support. Let me know if this helps!

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

    Regarding your question, if you have multiple graphics cards, you can press WIN+X to go to device manager - right click to disable one of them, for example, disable nvdia discrete graphics card to use intel's core graphics card.

    As an alternative you can try to get the game in steam. Try running it to see if it starts up properly.
