    Hello, as everyone already knows, the Bloodstained RotN is really broken and full of errors (sudden crashes, bugged bosses, functionalities that are not ...), today, we do not have any patch to fix all this, in Ps4 already have a patch for a while, and it
    seems that switch will have it today, launch day, it is not fair that we opt for this platform we are harmed, being the last to receive a solution and having so many days a game broken in our power ...

    Can we claim to ask for a refund of our money? Or we just lost our money in a broken game and now it's time to wait for a patch ...?

    Their twitter has the most information it seems but just to point out this update was just to add some of the “DLC” Speed Run and Boss Rush and not to address the issues.

    So PS4 and Switch got this update as you said but contrary to your thoughts they were the ones who got punished. The 1.02 update introduced a bug into the game so that they potentially cannot progress any further. It opens chests the player hasnt opened
    and prevents them from getting items needed to progress. The official fix from 505 games is to start a new game. Currently Xbox has not taken this update and its been delayed.

    Also they’ve already addressed large volume of complaints from Switch players as well and the update that went out at launch didnt fix as much as they would have liked.
