Thanks for getting back to us. If you don’t remember your pass code question or don’t know the pass code for your Xbox 360, you can reset the pass code online. Here’s how.

1. To get started, sign in at Device Support and then select
   Register new device.
2. Locate your registered Xbox 360 console.
3. Select More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Thank you for reaching out. You are able to
setup a passkey or password to restrict certain actions within an account. Simply head on over to Settings>Account>Sign in, security, and passkey>change my sign-in & security preferences. From here you can choose to lock down purchase and sign ins through
either a passkey (button sequence) or your account's password. Hope this helps!
