Blocking Microsoft Bing App

Unfortunately nope, right now there is no way to block specific apps with your Xbox PIN

2. Select your child's profile.

6. Select "Bing" from the list of search engines.

7. Turn on "Block explicit images, videos, and websites from search results."

Go for another web browser/engine (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc.) or make sure you're not blocking any pop-ups from the Microsoft website.

I mean bing search engine is linked to microsoft so that always helps if you’re searching with bing. I guess it would be kinda cool though to have a separate app

There's the Xbox Game Pass and the bing app allows you to access your Microsoft reward dashboard.
