Blocked user sent me a message.

Please double-check if that person is still blocked. If so, it could be that they sent the message before you blocked the gamer.

If it does, you can try these steps and see if that will fix the issue.

Sign Out of Your Accounts (Xbox App and Microsoft Store App):

Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

Repeat the same process for the Xbox App.

Restart Your Device:

After repairing and resetting both apps, restart your device.

Sign back into both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store using the same email.

You need to report the user/message and block who sent You this

File a complaint on the user and block communications on the user by going to his or her profile and selecting File Complaint and to block communications with user select the message sent and choose block communications. The user in question will be reviewed
by the policy enforcement team.

I reported also but that’s the advice I gave to the ones who got it. The account didn’t sent it to me but they emailed screenshots from their phones to me.
