Blocked email, Gamertag I can't access

I had an email address that was blocked in like 2015 due to someone hacking it and sending spam from it. Hotmail refused to unblock and I moved. I had my xbox 360 in storage until this year and tried to access the account on it, but keeps saying it will send a password reset to the blocked email address.

Now I have the console with the profile on, and the console I.d. I tried a request form using information I had but they keep saying the security won't pass and therefore won't give me access

There is no other way of recovering accounts and support cannot help you with that. I recommend that you keep trying or create a new account.

It's not a windows live email they used, so that doesn't work. It's from an old ISP that we can't access now. I can't change it or do anything, since the account options are blocked off until I can provide a password.

I already created a new Windows Live ID and linked it to my gamertag, I changed the password also. The problem persists, my Windows Live ID is still blocked and I can't access Xbox Live.

I can't access the email that is associated with the gamertag. I have the ganertag and email but i cant access the email. I want to change the email so I can reset the password. So any attempt to send a reset password to the email that I cant get into
wont work. Or maybe I'm not understanding which is why I would love to speak with someone. Thanks again.

I have the exact same problem with my gamertag, I'm just using this dummy gamertag to access xbox.com and talking about my problem since I can't access it with my main gamertag.

With my main GT, I can't access my billing info, download anything even free stuff, redeem codes, can't access xbox.com and I did talk to the support and they told me that my main gamertag doesn't exist!!

Even my friends said that thru xbox.com when they click on my GT they get an error, from what I understood the gamertag can not be seen via xbox.com but people can still add me, compare games, send me msgs..etc on the console only.

I talked to the support yesterday and they said we cant do anything, the Advocacy team will contact me later. But I know after looking into the forums and knowing that this is a totally new issue in XBL after this year's dash update MS doesn't know how to
solve this problem. The can't even find my gamertag..

The gamertag's email didn't fully moved to the new email.

Proof? when I try to recover/download my profile I tried using the old email and the new email, both let me download my gamertag, but the first email stops at %1 downloading then it gives an error "can not download profiles ATM"

That means it still has my gamertag linked to it, but now I'm logged in on xbox live with the 2nd new email..

Seriously what's going on...
