Blocked communication with XBOX servers

I badly need some help because I can't play online because the connection to the Xbox servers has been blocked, but I'll start over to clear things up. It started with the fact that I bought the XBOX one x console, I mainly played Fora Horizon 4 and there was no problem, I enjoyed the offline and online gameplay. One day I also decided to download Forze to the computer from the same account where the Xbox Game Pass package was purchased, I started the game and an error occurred after trying to join the online game. After finding the problem quickly, it turned out that in the settings of the Xbox Console Companion on the computer in the network tab there was the problem "NAT type: Teredo is unable to qualify, Communication with the server: Blocked". At that moment, I started to wonder what was going on, after a short time I started to try to solve the problem, I used the messages on XBOX Support, from many videos on YT and from the Microsoft forum, unfortunately nothing worked. I decided to go back to the consoles to enjoy offline gameplay there, but after logging in, the same error started to occur. I decided to approach it differently, I went to a friend who uses a completely different internet, and everything worked for him without any complaints, I logged into my Xbox account on his computer and to our surprise, the above-mentioned the error also appeared on him. At this point, we are both unable to connect to the servers, even after switching to another account. Even after formatting the computer, the problem was not solved. I really don't know what to think about it because the situation is really weird, it feels like there is a problem in my account and it's like it's "infected" or something like that. I hope someone can solve this problem because it's a shame to buy an Xbox Game Pass and not be able to play online games.
