Blocked and removed friend still appears on list

I have blocked and removed someone as a friend about 4 times now, I have reset my Microsoft password to foce log out on all consoles, but this person continues to appear on my list. I'm not sure what I can do about it at this point. My acc was on their
Xbox so I thought a pass reset would solve the issue if they were getting in my acc to re add.

Have you tried a factory reset (without deleting your games) ?

A new download of your acc might help !

That might be because your Xbox is being slow or some services are down.

You cannot remove your followers, only can ask them to remove you. When shows that they have you added....they do, you cannot change it by remove and blocking, the blocking option just make that they cant contact you, and you appears offline to them, but
still appears on their friends list.

When you block someone who has added you as a friend that also removes your account from their friends list.

My point is that they are blocked and they still appear as a follower. That shouldn’t be the case as they no longer have me as a friend.

I’m just looking for that to be fixed.

are you trying to remove them from your follow list? I don't think there is a way to remove them from that list unless they unfollow you. blocking someone will remove them from your friends list and make it to were you appear offline to them all the time.
they can cannot access anything like your status. they can still send invites but they will never reach you. Basically blocking someone the other person doesn't really know other than you would show up offline to them all the time.
