    Is it possible to block websites (by having nothing on the Allowed list) on the 1X while still being able to accessb the digital store and apps like Netflix?

    I have never done it but I would imagine as you are accessing through an app or indeed the xbox system for the store then it would work.

    Can you not just test it and then alter setting back if it didnt work?
    I actually don't have an Xbox yet. I was thinking of getting one for a younger child but is prefer to have these settings for them. Thanks for the response though.

    Congratulations! October's xboxone update already supports parents setting banned/allowed apps/games
    You just need to set it up.

    I appreciate the response, but I want to block websites while still allowing apps.
