    Block Microsoft Store COMPLETELY? How?


    Is there not a way to block access to the Microsoft Store completely? My reason is I have a child and his account had purchases blocked and the account is set for age 13 which blocks rated R movies basically. However, he still can get on the store and
    search inappropriate movies and even watch the previews to rated R movies. He can not buy them but still can view them. I also put a pass key on his account to block all content while he is signed out and he needs me to sign him in but even signed out he
    still has access to the store. I just want the store to be blocked.

    4yr old son wasting MS points!

    I'm surprised Microsoft doesn't have an option to block purchases. Even Steam and the iOS store has methods to block purchases without either an email confirmation or password.

    i ve found... your game need swap file for any reason? with vega56 i got too the crash "minimal video, please try other resolution etc" cause the game can only take 2,1Go of VRAM/HBM2 when no swap file

    Hello Thomas, in terms of settings is not possible because the store is part of the system and is present in all system profiles, however searching the internet Found a way to disable the store by the "registry" i hope this helps.

    In your particular case, I suggest you to contact the retailer where the laptop was purchased and ask them either to replace the device or reinstall Windows if needed.

    If your laptop is out of warranty, and you have technical knowledge, you can:

    A. Run the in-place upgrade. Please note that the in-place upgrade is not the update we perform via PC settings:
