    Hi, I have recently been having trouble signing into my email account that’s linked to my 11 year old xbox account. Microsoft thought there was “unusual activity”. It tells me to fill out recovery forms, but those are useless even when I use my personal information. I’ve had numerous phone calls with tech support, but they tell me to do the exact same thing I’ve been doing. There has to be some Microsoft manager or superior I can talk to about this issue. I have spent months trying to recover this account and Microsoft is too big of a company to not help me out with a simple issue as just unblocking my account.

    Hi Ayden L, my name is Courtney and I would be happy to help.

    I am sorry that you are going through this problem, I am sorry to tell you that the only Option/Alternative for this problem is the account recovery form, I know that you have been told this many times, but it is the only option or solution to said problem. I also went through a problem similar to yours and with the form I managed to solve it.

    From what I understand, Support cannot help you in this type of case since they are not authorized anymore, however if you want to communicate with them, you can do so by accessing the following link where you can enter a live chat with a Support agent.

    Who is the person that has the authority to lock me out of my account? I refuse to believe there is no way a person can’t just go in and unlock it. This is straight up ridiculous.

    Keep Receiving 'Error 8015190E' and 'Can't Connect to XBOX Live'

    I would try checking my email associated with the Xbox live account and see if your account has been temporarily blocked. If your account was blocked, you can follow the steps in the email to unblock your account.

    If you've been told by our Phone Support that your account has been permanently banned, then there is not much we can do for you on the forums.

    I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I would definitely get back in touch with
    Phone Support about this issue. If this can be resolved, they would be best equipped to look into your account with you and work towards sorting things out.
