Blank screen when trying to load game

Whenever we start the game after turning the Xbox One off, it freezes with a blank screen. We have to go into another game and come back in to get the game to load. Any ideas?

Microsoft Solitaire Collection loading problem

I've seen two other people make a post about this same problem. When you click on one of the daily challenges, it acts like it's trying to load one of the ads (if you're not a premium player) before it loads the game. Then the screen goes blank. There's
no way out of the blank screen, except to close it and start over. Very frustrating. Microsoft needs to pay attention and find a fix for this.

Xbox one loads green screen, but when its supposed to go to Home the screen goes blank

 

Same here, every time.

No clue how to solve the problem.

 

Have you tried turning off the power to your Xbox one when it's turned off.

I had a similar problem for forza, turned it off and left it for 30seconds and worked fine til it happened again but easily fixed using same method

 

If you don't quit Garden Warfare before you turn off (Sleep mode) your XB1 it does this. Just hit the "Menu" button (3 horizontal lines button to the right of the Home button) and "Quit" Garden Warfare. Wait a few seconds, then try booting it again.

Happens to me alot, this workaround seems to fix it.
