Blank Screen of Death/IP not found

Recently I started getting the blank screen of death. sometimes it would just go to a blank screen after the green boot up and sometimes it would actually boot but something would be wrong. it wouldn’t connect to my internet and when it would try to it would say IP not found. Eventually i just factory reset the console but when setting up, it had the same problem. After just trying over and over, it worked. today when i booted my xbox up for the second time and it’s saying my IP is not found. i’ve tried everything and i know it’s not my router or internet. PLEASE HELP

Try an online update again, or try to see if you can get a PC with a friend or family member so you can do an offline update.

Hello thank you, i do not have access to a computer to do that at this time. surely there is something else i can do?

To reset your Xbox without online mode, there is only this one, see if when trying to reset the console it does not show any error message such as 102, 101 etc. geralemte may be something in the xbox's internal HD.
