i have been trying to play bo3 and gta v and it just keeps saying "something went wrong" then it says to go to xbox.com/errorhelp but my error code isnt on the website. and ive tried restarting my console several times and restarting my wifi but nothing
works,

what should i do?

i just checked there and it doesnt say there is an issue with Black ops 3

xbox are currently having some technical problems if you go to xbox.com/status all the details are there.

It's a connection issue with the Live service.

Update, before resetting network, it magically started workimg. Sounds to me like a global issue, not local issue.

Not true. I’m connected to the internet (just got off another game) and I’m getting the same error.

I’m going to try and reset my network but this is not a local connection issue.
