    blacked out puzzels on my collection


    some of the 1st puzzles are showing a blank on the ones I have downloaded in my collections when I click on it the 1st puzzle is still blank if I select it to work it loads ok. It is only on some of my collections not all?? Just started a few days ago but
    I have had most of these collections for months

    MLB App Problems

    My app on Xbox One always says I am blacked out if I try to watch the Rangers, Astros, Royals, or Cardinals and I live in northern Kansas. I am not blacked out if I use my Sony TV App or iPad, just on Xbox One. I contacted mlb support and they cannot figure
    it out. Hopefully the xbox app developers can fix it soon. I have been an MLB.tv subscriber since the first year it came out and should only be blacked out of the Royals.

    New wrinkle in the freeze up discussion

    Like many others my windows app for the Jigsaws has been freezing up whenever the on screen ads change. This lasts about 30 seconds at a time. Today when I went to us the app it asked me to reenter my password. It took me back
    to the original puzzels and wiped out all of the points I had and collections I had purchased with points. HELP! so not OK.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have unistalled / installed / reset - everything I can think of. I installed Solitaire Collection and they connect to serve and work fine. I then launched Jigsaw from Collection, and the same problem exists, The app will freeze when it syncs to the server.
    I cannot get Jigsaw to work with the network connected. I'm out of puzzels and need to connect so I can download new ones.
