Black things on the disc?

Hello all,

I'm not sure if these things were on the disc initially. I mean, it's not dirt or anything. The disc works fine, it's just kind of alarming.

Any thoughts? Is it normal for discs to have random marks like these?

Ok, But just look at the bottom of you console and you should see that one of those black things have a little latch thing just pull it back and you will see a black thing with a little wire thing on it pull the wire and your hard drive will come out! Also

Assassin's Creed series, can I skip ahead or not?

The only thing you may not understand in Black Flag is the whole stupid Animus thing, which they thankfully minimalized in the game. Black Flag is worth playing for the naval combat alone. Loved that game, even though I wasn't very keen on the previous installments.

 

I would not worry about it if your game runs fine

 

Without knowing if it was there from the start it is best to continue using them if there is no issue with them playing. However, keep an eye on the marks and if they get larger or appear on discs that didn't have them previously then let us know.

 

I just exchanged it with a new copy, and this copy definitely doesn't have them. So, yeah, if it appears again I'll let you guys know.

I actually think it's been there from the start and just kind of didn't notice it. I mean, what could it possibly be? lol
