Black Srcreen when I close a game and came back to the dashboard

After a few hours gaming when i close the game i just get a black screen. The guide button works but to fix the dashboard i have to do a restart of the console

Are you in the multiplayer mode of Black Ops 2? Try backing out to the dashboard because nothing downloads when you are in an online game.

@WPAK.. i did reset network setting, but the problem still persist, black screen when play game after back to dashboard.. tested youtube, also freeze at black screen.. so play dlc game, disc game, avatar store & app will stuck at black screen..

found another workaround, disable auto-signin then skip signin on boot.. so at least you can play 1 game, then if back to dashboard this issue recur.. restart xbox to play another game..

Same for me, I was playing, I came across a bug and a close the game. When i relaunch it only comes up with three "New Game" options. There's no way to bring back uor saves?

no, i'm using the original xbox hdmi that came in the box what i find strange that when i open a game the dashboard goes back to normal and before the august update, my xbox worked normally
