Black screen when exciting game

So just today I completed a factory reset on my series x because I kept getting a error code saying I had no storage left even tho I still had heaps, but when the console rebooted I could tell something was wrong and nothing looks the same, even after changing a few of my settings games like cod looked grainy and laggy and then I noticed that when I quit the game I black screen for 2-3 seconds. I messed around with all the settings I thought could be related and even did another factory reset but I still have the same issue but it doesn’t happen with smaller games such as rust or snowrunner, if anyone knows a solution or what the problem could be please let me know

Been awhile but I have just tried once again on a different 4K tv as I haven’t had mine replaced yet to see if the issue is resolved but unfortunately it is still doing it even on another tv, could this be an issue with my account as it’s a whole new console?

I have since returned the console and received a replacement, I appreciate the help

Hello, my name is Fernando, an independent consultant. Hope you are doing great. I will be more than happy to help you with your query today. Some of these procedures may help resolve: Unplug the console from the outlet
- Do the complete power cycle (connect to the socket and press the power for 10s until it turns off completely, this "discharges" the capacitors)
- Turn on the console by pressing Power + Eject at the same time and holding it until you hear a second beep. The first beep is immediate.

This process the console starts in a "safe mode" with video in 640x480. After that, just configure the video to the TV resolution. This method is not a hard reset, just a boot with minimal video configuration. Hope I helped, see you soon!

I appreciate the help but now my problem is the console is struggling to even open settings taking anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute to just launch it if not crashing. I’m currently attempting to reinstall both games I’m having issues with which may be the cause to the console taking awhile to open setting, I just don’t understand what could have happened from just a simple factory reset and why this is all happening all of a sudden
