    Black screen “something went wrong”


    I’ve tried everything with this Xbox, I’ve reset it I’ve pressed the factory reset button more than six times and I’ve tried unplugging it and everything,it still fails to load when says “preparing Xbox” nothing has worked and gets stuck at 58 percent in the screen and goes back to something went wrong I need help with this bc I don’t have the money to get a new one or to repair this thing

    There should be an error code showing from there, can I have it, please? This will determine what other steps we need to perform.

    Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
